Returns, Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal
EU & UK customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
- Unfulfilled orders: You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us at hello@just-unbound.com or through your account.
- Fulfilled orders: You may return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at hello@just-unbound.com within the 14-day window. We will refund your order to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
All other customers
You may return your physical order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Contact us at hello@justunbound.com to initiate a return. Refunds are processed to your original payment method, minus shipping costs. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
